The Duchess of Sussex no longer has her own Instagram account, making it more difficult to get a glimpse at what her life is like.
However, in the past, Meghan has revealed exactly what she likes to eat in the morning.
So, what is it that the actress-turned-royal typically eats when she wakes up each day?
In an interview with the website EyeSwoon in April 2015, Meghan shed some light on what her go-to breakfast is.
And, when quizzed about her breakfast routine, she said she would opt for an 「Açaí bowl, clean cleanse shake, or a green juice」.
She added: 「If I』m at a hotel I will likely order poached eggs and toast with avocado.」
Alongside the interview was a number of snaps of Meghan, which showed her whipping up the tasty food.
In one capture, Meghan could be seen holding a pack of pure Açaí, from the brand Sambazon.
